ADA Tickets
Tickets for guests with disabilities may be purchased over the phone from the Comcast Arena at Everett Box Office at 425.322.2644. Tickets may also be purchased in person from the Comcast Arena at Everett Box Office Monday through Friday, 12 pm to 5 pm. The box office will also be open on weekend event days. Wheelchair accessible seating is available on all levels. One companion seat is available for each wheelchair seat. Additional companion seats can be purchased based on availability. Modified aisle seats are available to guests with limited mobility. Please identify your need for accessible seating at the time of ticket purchase.

Parking and Drop-Off Areas
Main entrances for the Comcast Arena at Everett are located on Hewitt Avenue and Wall Street. ADA parking is available on Oakes Street and in the Port Gardner Garage. When purchasing your event tickets at the Comcast Arena at Everett Box Office, ask about pre-paid parking at the Port Gardner Garage. Convenient drop-off and pick-up areas for guests, taxis and limousines are located along Hewitt Avenue and Oakes Street.
Guest Services
Guest Services is located on the 100 Level at section 116. The Guest Services staff will assist with wheelchair escorts. Calendars for upcoming events, information on the Comcast Community Ice Rink, information on the Conference Center, and general information regarding the Comcast Arena at Everett are also available.
Restrooms
All restrooms in the Comcast Arena at Everett are accessible to our guests with disabilities. There are four women’s restrooms and four men’s restrooms located throughout the arena.
Service Animals
Trained guide dogs and service animals assisting guests are welcome at the Comcast Arena at Everett. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.
In Case of an Emergency
Guests in wheelchairs on the 200 level will exit through the Suite Entrance located on the southwest end of the arena. Trained employees will assist with the evacuation of disabled persons in the event of an emergency.
