Award-Winning Broadway Musical CATS Live

Produced by CATS-Eye, LLC, the national tour of CATS is the only production in North America sanctioned by Andrew Lloyd Webber. With original direction by Trevor Nunn and choreography by Gillian Lynne, this is the CATS credited with the British invasion of Broadway. The national tour of CATS recently celebrated its 26th anniversary season, holding its place as the longest continuously touring Broadway musical in history.

Purple Light Nights

Global Spectrum, management for the Comcast Arena at Everett, is lighting the landmark masts atop the venue purple for the month of October in observance of Domestic Violence Awareness month. The lighting kicks off today to coincide with Domestic Violence Services of Snohomish County’s Fourth Annual “Hope Within” Luncheon. The luncheon was held at the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center and featured special guest speaker Denise Brown.

National Lacrosse League Moves to Comcast Arena at Everett

After six seasons in San Jose, Calif., the Stealth professional indoor lacrosse team has announced their plans to relocate to the Comcast Arena at Everett. The Stealth, a member of the National Lacrosse League, are coming off a 2009 campaign in which they advanced to the West Division Finals before being ousted by the eventual NLL Champion, Calgary Roughnecks.
